I had a baby 4 months ago and am having a really hard time losing the weight. I had the baby by c-section so i have that extra little pouch.. i need help with losing this it isn’t budging at all..
Also wondering if it is normal to still not have hardly any feeling in stomach about c-section cut??

I’m 16(17in march),weight:113, Height: 5ft 4.5inches,Body fat:24% and female. But i’m curious if my body fat is just baby fat. I was a really big baby when I was born(I was two weeks late) and when I was born I was 10pounds and something ounces. and I was never fat. I mean when I was younger I still had my chubby little cheeks and such but never like fat fat. So i’m wandering if I’m fat and if it’s just baby fat?

I had my first child almost a year ago now and I still have that stubborn baby fat! I have a wedding coming up in a month which I am standing up in; I would like to look good in my dress!!! Can anyone help me with ANY kind of ways to lose weight FAST!!! I would like to have it gone in time to Remeasure my dress which is one week before the wedding. PLEASE HELP I’M OPEN TO LITERALLY ANYTHING!!

How Can I Get Rid OF BABY FAT On My Face?

My face has a lot of baby fat on it and when i smile I kinda look like a chipmunk. I know your supposed to loose weight and all but Im 94 lbs right now so I cant really just go and loose 15 pounds. I know i will grow it out when im older eventually but is there anything i can do now -im 14

Does baby fat on your arms go away?
